BBMRI-ERIC, the European Research Infrastructure for biobanking and biomolecular resources, headquartered in Graz is looking for a

Scientific Stakeholder Specialist

to bridge its Biobanking Development and Public Affairs units.

The Scientific Stakeholder Specialist will build and maintain relations with biobanks, scientific communities, industry, patient organisations as well as other related stakeholders that are key to BBMRI-ERIC. The job holder will work on strengthening links with the above stakeholders, thereby strongly contributing to the overall engagement of BBMRI-ERIC with its communities. The person will also be responsible for supporting the HQ in contacts with the end users. The Scientific Stakeholder Specialist needs to be able to draft scientific and public relations content and must have solid presentation skills. The applicant needs to be a good communicator with diplomatic skills, with an interest to work in an international and intercultural environment, and a strong team spirit. The role requires a scientific degree or adequate experience in the field of biomedical sciences and/or biobanking, as well as a successful record of working on previous stakeholder engagement, interdisciplinary projects, and/or EU projects.
